Spot Out is Master Rug Cleaner Certified and has two certified Rug Masters and one certified Rug Specialist on staff. We are the only company in the Coachella Valley to be accepted into this intensive certification program on specialty cleaning of area rugs and fine textiles as well as rug identification.
We are a Wool Safe Certified company and a member of the Association of Rug Care Specialists.

The vision for our company is to be the premier go-to cleaning company for you fabric, floor and rug care needs. With our experience, knowledge and education we want to bring back the old-fashioned service experience that has seemed to fade away in today's world.
Our goal at Spot Out is to make sure that each of our clients has a world class service experience. We strive to put our clients first and to make sure that every job performed by Spot Out is done with the utmost care and respect.
Our purpose is to educate the consumers in the Coachella Valley so that they can avoid being taken advantage of by uneducated, uninformed and sometimes downright unscrupulous service companies.
Our Leadership
Joshua Klopfenstein
Founder & President
Joshua founded Spot Out in 2006. He is a Master Certified Rug Cleaner, IICRC Certified technician, Fabric Pro Specialist and holds a California State Contractors license. His hobbies include racing motorcycles, shooting guns, eating good steak, and loving his wife of 26 years. Joshua is married and has 4 beautiful children.
Connie Klopfenstein
Vice President
Connie has been with Spot Out since 2006. She is a Certified Rug Specialist, Master Certified Rug Cleaner, and a Fabric Pro Specialist. Her hobbies include mid-century modern design, working out and spending time with her family. Connie is married with 4 beautiful children.
Wrigley
Our shop puppy
Wrigley is our 6-month-old Corgi. He loves to greet our customers that visit us. His favorite things to do are take walks, play fetch, and take long naps.
Meet Our Team Members
Javier
Javier has been with Spot Out for over 2 years. He earned his Fabric Pro Specialist Certification in 2022. He loves to hike, play airsoft, and spend time with his German Shepard and Chihuahua. His favorite part of working at Spot Out is getting to meeting new people every day.
Luis
Luis has been with Spot Out for over 3 years. He earned his Fabric Pro Specialist Certification in 2022. Luis’s hobbies include drawing, hiking, and traveling. He is married with a beautiful daughter. His favorite part of working at Spot Out is the personal development that the company does with the team.
Aaron
Aaron was born into the business. He is currently playing baseball in college and studying to earn a degree in business. Aaron loves vintage design and has his own vintage online store. His hobbies include thrifting and hanging out with his friends. Aaron’s favorite part of working at Spot Out is the company culture.
Austin
Austin has been with Spot Out for 2 years. He is currently playing baseball in college and studying to earn a degree in business.
