 Spot Out Fabric and Floor Care has been servicing the Inland Empire since 1998.   In 2012, we purchased Magic Maintenance services in the Coachella Valley and opened our second location.  With locations in Redlands and Palm Desert, we are able to handle the cleaning needs of clients from San Bernardino to Indio. 

Our owner, Joshua Klopfenstein, is certified through the IICRC in all areas of cleaning and restoration.    All of our cleaning technicians have been trained in our patent pending "Spot Out Cleaning System".  In October 2015 our company became a Master Rug Cleaning Certified Company.  Spot Out is the only company in the Inland Empire and Coachella Valley to be excepted into this intensive certification program on specialty cleaning of area rugs and fine textiles as well as rug identification. 

The vision for our company is to bring back the old fashioned service experience that has seemed to fade away in today's world.  Our goal at Spot Out is to make sure that each of our clients has a world class service experience.  We strive to put our clients first and to make sure that every job performed by Spot Out is done with the utmost care and respect.  Our purpose is to educate the consumers in the Inland Empire and Coachella Valley so that they can avoid being taken advantage of by uneducated, uninformed and sometimes downright unscrupulous service companies.
