how long will it take my carpet to dry?

  Your carpet will be damp to the touch for 4-6 hours after the job is complete. Industry standards state that your carpet may be damp for up to 24 hours. Dry times will vary depending on the type of carpet you have (nylon, wool, polyester) and the air movement in your home. Outside temperature and humidity levels also play a role in dry times. Our technicians will place high powered air movers on your carpet to help aide in the drying process. You can also help with the drying process by turning on ceiling fans and air conditioning units. 

What cleaning method is best?

Our company has the equipment to perform all of the different methods available for carpet cleaning.  We chose the method that we will use in your home or office based on the needs of the clients as well as the type of fiber or fabric we are cleaning.  There is no method that is better than the other. They all have specific purposes.  Be very careful choosing a company that says they have the best or exclusive method.

How often should i get my carpet cleaned?

 The carpet manufacturers recommend a thorough, hot water extraction performed by an IICRC certified company every 12-18 months. If you have children or pets in your home, you may consider having your high traffic areas cleaned every 6-12 months. It is better to clean your carpet before it starts to look dirty because that is when the fiber starts to wear. 

Does Fabric and fiber protection work?

 Yes! We offer the very best protection on the market called Fiber ProTector that is best for natural fibers and area rugs. We are the only authorized applicator in the Inland Empire and Coachella Valley. Fiber Protection is like an insurance policy so that it gives you time to clean up the spill before it becomes a permanent stain. We also offer a Stain Guard protector that is better suited for synthetic carpet and fibers. Proper maintenance including vacuuming and regular cleaning are still needed to maintain the life of your carpet and upholstery. 

Is your company insured?

 Yes, we carry 2 million dollars in liability insurance as well as worker’s compensation and commercial liability on all of our vehicles.   All of our technicians are employees and not subcontractors.  They must undergo background checks as well as drug testing in order to be employed by our company.
